Summer Reading Program

Sign ups for the summer reading program begins on June 1.

Reading logs may be picked up at the time of sign up. The children's summer reading program is intended for children ages birth through 5th grade.

Teen summer reading program is intended for grades 6th through 12th. The teen program is based on a point system, with both reading and attending teen activities counting towards total points. Mark off points for prizes and complete the program for a chance to win a bonus prize.

The adult summer reading program will happen from June 1 through August 13. Please read (or listen) to ten titles of non-fiction, adult fiction or young adult fiction. Any genre you want! All books must be checked out from the Gibson Memorial Library from our collection, through inter-library loan, or bridges/libby e-books. DVDs and children's book will not count toward your titles. Sign up begins June 1 on the second floor of the library. 3 prizes will be awarded at the end of the program.
