Home Delivery
The Gibson Memorial Library is offering free home delivery for Union County residents that are living with a disability that makes it difficult to leave their home. Registration is required to receive these services. Forms can be mailed to your residence, picked up at the Gibson Memorial Library, or can be filled out below. Institutions such as care homes or group homes are also eligible to sign up for these services.
